Nautical

I hadn't even realized how this outfit was very nautically inspired until I saw the pictures.  I know, I know, stroke of genius.  So anyway, I've started driving to work this week and it is hot! Even with my air condition blasted on high, I still feel the heat from the sun.  I'm tempted to leave sunscreen in my car so I don't get burned while I wait in traffic... do people do that?  Wear sunscreen in the car? Anyone?

Sorry for being absent for a week.  My internet router has been acting up, which has kept me away from blogging and the rest of the world.  Being cut off from the outside world does have its benefits, I spend a lot less time on Pintrest and more time doing productive things... like baking the recipes that I already pinned.

Wild One

I love summer!! But you can tell that I wasn't quite ready to give up my winter staples.  It was such a hot day and I was wearing way too much clothes.  At least everything is bright and sunny, just puts a smile on your face doesn't it?

Convocated

I'm happy to announce that I am officially a university graduate!  On Tuesday, I had my convocation and it was so great because my entire family came out.  Thanks to my family and friends for their support over the last 4 years!

In case you were wondering, that handsome little man beside me is my 19 month old nephew.  He certainly made the cutest date.

The Return

Ok, I'm so bad at this.  But of course, I'm always full of excuses, a few weeks ago, I finally wrote my licensing exam and right after that, I went on a vacation half way across the world.  Now that I'm back, I'm excited to share some photos with you guys (coming up in future posts) and hopefully my posting will become more regular.  Even though I've been doing this for almost a year, blogging hasn't really become a habit yet.  Now that I'm done school and I have all the time in the world, I'll be here more regularly (hehe, you've heard me say that before too, haven't you?)
